Q. How long does shipping take?
Shipping from our warehouse can take three to five business days.
Business Days are considered Monday-Friday only. The day an order is submitted is not counted as the first business day.
Q. How do I change or cancel my order?
Every purchase is a final sale.
Q. Can I return or exchange an item?
Exchanges are acceptable for any damaged merchandise. If you have received any damaged merchandise please follow the instructions on our return policy page.
Q. My item was stolen, How can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please open an dispute with the carrier using your tracking number.
Q. I gave an incorrect address, Can I get a refund?
If you provided an incorrect address at checkout, a refund will not be granted. Try to reach out to the carrier to see if item can be held at a pick up spot near you before delivery.
Q. What method is used for shipping?
All packages are shipped USPS and UPS ONLY.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
At this time Flawless Damsels does not ship internationally. We will be working diligently on adding that feature to our website with in the coming months.
